BIZZI – VILLA BOSSI GROUP
In 2007, the Bizzi family has acquired Bodio’s antique Villa, called VILLA BOSSI, an elegant mansion built between the ‘500 and the ‘700, giving it back the name of its founder, Bernardo Bossi who, in the XVI century, had a flourishing activity for selling salt to the fishermen.
Villa Bossi is a building bounded to the senses of the law for the protection of architectural heritage, as it has been certified as “of particular historic relevance.” After an important restoration work, Villa Bossi has become an international foundation, where many cultural initiatives take place.
BIZZI – Villa Bossi Group does not weight on the public finance, as it does not receive any subvention, and it lives out of its own work’s profit.

BIZZI is an important international point of reference for the construction of harpsichords, fortepiani, and clavichords, and for the restoration of antique pianos. Taking its inspiration from the manufacturing principles of the past’s great families of constructors, BIZZI combines tradition and the great Italian craftsmanship tradition with research and innovation.

Liuteria Bizzi
“LIUTERIA BIZZI” represents Guido Bizzi’s return to the world of string instruments, started in the “Laboratorio di Via Pastrengo,” in 1977, with the foundation of the “Civica Scuola di Liuteria” of Milan. With the same spirit for research that was distinguishing the Scuola activity, now Liuteria Bizzi is based on the competence of four people: Guido Bizzi himself, his son Lorenzo, the “Maestro Liutaio” Milos Seyda and the violin expert Francesco Iorio. Working together, they spend part of their time into studies of historical methods of varnishing.
Villa Bossi Eventi
Villa Bossi overlooks an Italian garden surrounded by rows of hornbeams and located into an English park, filled with ancient trees.
The suggestive kitchen from the ‘500s, the frescoed rooms from the ‘700s, the library with the original billiard, and the antique “Cantina” are equipped with vintage items and furniture, which create a warm and elegant atmosphere to host wedding receptions and private parties.

Video – Villa Bossi Film Making is the film production project of BIZZI – Villa Bossi Group. Using a (modular) troupe, according to every need, we offer a footage of events, concerts and music videos. We also have the possibility to operate in every other context, from business videos to fashion shootings to short films.
